Venue Sourcing

Are you trying to plan your event and have no idea where to start when seeking the right venue or location?

This package includes a one-on-one consultation to determine your ideas and budget. Whisked Away will source and provide details of venues and locations that are a great fit for your requirements. The package includes one site visit to support and guide you through your site selection.

Coordinationof Your Day

This package is for those that have already organised their wedding or event but require a methodical coordinator to step in and manage on the day

Liaison and management of suppliers and vendors attending your event Greeting of guests Ceremony, reception and event set up and styling of décor where needed Management of your event run sheet Coordination of staff Anything else that is to be done on the day to ensure everything is run smoothly!!

Partial Planning & Coordination

A combination of - *The Necessities* and *Coordination of Your Day*. This bundle also sees that Whisked Away can:

Bump in to your chosen venue or location the day before your event Liaise and manage suppliers and vendors Manage the styling and complete set up of your event Bump out the day after your event that sees us removing rubbish, greeting and managing suppliers and vendors who need to pick up goods, and other logistical matters you or your family shouldn’t worry about the next day.

To ensure everything runs smoothly on your day, Whisked Away will meet with you for an initial one-on-one consultation, liaise with you by phone and emails months out from the event date to ensure we are all on track and meet with you again one month prior to your event date to go finalise the finer details.

Full Planning & Coordination

This is where you can sit back and let Whisked Away plan and create your special day!

We will take care of everything from the sourcing of your perfect venue or location, to coordinating and booking all of your suppliers, (florist, photographer, entertainment, caterer, videographer, you name it!) manage the liaison with potential suppliers, obtain quotes and provide you with multiple options to choose from. If you want us to simply look after all the bookings on your behalf, we will happily do that too!

This package will see that we’re at your chosen venue or location for the bump in and bump out and on the day for full coordination.

We will meet with you for a one-on- one consultation and continue to have an ongoing relationship with you throughout the whole planning process to ensure that you can breathe easy and know that we’re creating your dream event.
